Dear Elaine,
Thank you for your lovely comments. I hope that you were able to make your 1000 paper cranes and have your wish granted. My aunt who I made these cranes for is now in remission from her cancer which is a great feeling. I don’t know if the cranes made a difference or not as the legend would have us believe but I know that my aunt loved having them in her house and enjoyed the vibrancy of the colours all together!
I wish you all the best with your future. I hope that you get what you wish for.

Thank you for your comments! I really enjoy carrying my camera with me wherever I go, it is true that you never know when you might come across something you want to document on paper or in a photo so it is always best to be prepared for your everyday surroundings to surprise you every now and then.
I love your blog as well. Such wonderful photos!

Hello Sam, I am sorry to respond so long after you posted your comment. I hope you managed to work out how to do the origami peacock. I must say, my origami skills don’t stretch much beyond the basic crane so I don’t think I would have been much help there! Good luck for your future origami challenges.
